Discussion on the width of National Highways inside Kerala
WideOrNot is an peoples initiative that aims to collect the response of the people of Kerala about the recent news of Kerala Govt. trying to reduce the width of highways in Kerala from the National Highway Authority of India proposed 45 metres to 30 metres.

While the NHAI recommends 60 metres for all highways in India, it was reduced to 45 due to lack of space and acquisition related problems. Now the current request to further reduce the width to 30 metres has put the centre and state governments in a deadlock.

But we the people of Kerala are the one who will be using these roads! What do you think should be done? Have your say.
